Which clinic location should I choose?
All three clinics offer the same treatments and standards of care. Choose based on convenience:
- Rivonia: Northern Johannesburg (Sandton, Fourways)
- Brooklyn: Pretoria East and surrounding areas
- Groblersdal: Limpopo border region
Do you accept medical aid?
Most aesthetic treatments are not covered by medical aid. Some medical applications (hyperhidrosis, migraines) may qualify. We provide documentation for submission.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card, and EFT payments are accepted. Payment is required on the day of treatment.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance. Same-week appointments may be available.
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Treatment
What exactly is PRP?
PRP uses concentrated platelets from your own blood to stimulate healing and regeneration. We draw a small amount of blood, process it to concentrate growth factors, and reinject it into treatment areas.
How many PRP sessions will I need?
- Facial rejuvenation: 3-4 initial treatments, 4-6 weeks apart
- Hair restoration: 3-4 monthly sessions, then maintenance every 4-6 months
- Scar treatment: 3-6 sessions depending on severity
When will I see results from PRP?
- Initial improvement: 3-4 weeks
- Optimal results: 3-6 months
- Duration: 12-18 months for facial, ongoing maintenance for hair
Is PRP treatment painful?
Topical numbing cream minimizes discomfort. Most patients rate pain as 2-3 out of 10. The blood draw is similar to routine blood tests.
Can PRP be combined with other treatments?
Yes. PRP works excellently with microneedling, dermal fillers, and neurotoxins for enhanced results.
Who shouldn’t have PRP?
Not suitable for those with blood disorders, active infections, cancer, or on blood thinners. Pregnancy/breastfeeding is contraindicated.
Neurotoxin Treatments
What are neurotoxins?
Medical-grade neuromodulators that temporarily relax specific facial muscles to smooth wrinkles. These are the same as brand-name products but we use the medical terminology.
How long do neurotoxin results last?
- First treatment: 3-4 months
- Regular treatments: Often extend to 4-6 months
- Results appear in 3-7 days, full effect at 14 days
Will I look frozen or expressionless?
No. Proper technique preserves natural movement. We aim for refreshed, not frozen. You’ll still express emotions naturally.
What areas can neurotoxins treat?
Cosmetic: Forehead lines, frown lines, crow’s feet, bunny lines, lip lines, chin dimpling, neck bands Medical: Excessive sweating, migraines, TMJ, teeth grinding
Can I exercise after neurotoxin treatment?
Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Remain upright for 4 hours post-treatment. Normal activities can resume the next day.
At what age should I start neurotoxin treatments?
When dynamic lines become visible at rest, typically late 20s to early 30s for prevention, any age for treatment.
Dermal Filler Treatments
What are dermal fillers made of?
Most contain hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally found in your body. They add volume and hydration to treated areas.
How long do fillers last?
- Lips: 6-12 months
- Cheeks: 12-18 months
- Jawline: 12-24 months
Are fillers reversible?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase enzyme if needed.
Will fillers make me look unnatural?
Not when properly administered. We use conservative amounts and build gradually for natural-looking enhancement.
Can I get fillers and neurotoxins together?
Yes. This combination addresses both volume loss and dynamic wrinkles for comprehensive facial rejuvenation.
Peptide Therapy
What are therapeutic peptides?
Short chains of amino acids that signal specific cellular functions. They unlock your body’s natural healing and regenerative processes.
How are peptides administered?
Most via subcutaneous injection (like insulin). Some are oral or nasal sprays. We teach self-administration for home use.
Which peptide is best for weight loss?
CJC-1295/Ipamorelin for metabolic enhancement and 5-Amino-1MQ for fat metabolism are most effective. Individual assessment determines best option.
Are peptides safe?
When medically supervised, peptides have excellent safety profiles. They’re naturally occurring compounds your body already produces.
How long before peptides work?
- BPC-157: Days to weeks for healing
- CJC-1295: 2-3 months for full benefits
- PT-141: 2-4 hours for effect
Can I take multiple peptides together?
Yes. Many work synergistically. We create combination protocols based on your goals.
Do peptides require ongoing use?
Most are cycled – treatment periods followed by breaks. Protocols typically run 12-24 weeks with periodic maintenance.
Sculptra (Biostimulator) Treatment
How is Sculptra different from fillers?
Sculptra stimulates your own collagen production rather than adding volume directly. Results develop gradually over months.
How many Sculptra sessions are needed?
Typically 2-3 sessions, 4-6 weeks apart. Results last up to 2 years.
When will I see Sculptra results?
Gradual improvement over 3-6 months as collagen builds. More natural than instant filler results.
Skin Booster Treatments
What are skin boosters?
Injectable treatments using hyaluronic acid to hydrate skin from within. They improve skin quality rather than add volume.
Where can skin boosters be used?
Face, neck, décolletage, hands – anywhere needing improved hydration and skin quality.
How often are skin boosters needed?
Initial series of 2-3 treatments, then maintenance every 6-12 months.

How should I prepare for treatments?
- Avoid blood thinners 1 week prior (if medically safe)
- No alcohol 48 hours before
- Arrive with clean skin
- Eat before appointment
