FILLERS
Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in your body. High concentrations are found in soft connective tissues and in the fluid surrounding your eyes. It’s also in some cartilage and joint fluids, as well as skin tissue.
Hyaluronic acid injections can be used to improve the skin’s contour and reduce depressions in the skin due to scars, injury or lines. You can see potentially dramatic improvements for:
- Acne scars
- Cheek depressions
- Crow’s feet at the corner of your eyes
- Deep smile lines that run from the side of the nose to corners of the mouth (also known as
- nasolabial furrows)
- Frown lines between the eyebrows
- Marionette lines at the corners of the mouth
- Redefining lip border
- Scars including burns, acne and those caused by wounds
- Smoker’s lines; vertical lines on the mouth
- Some facial scars
- Worry lines that run across your forehead

PLATELET RICH PLASMA
Platelet Rich Plasma, is nothing but autologous blood with concentrations of platelets above baseline levels that contain at least seven growth factors.
Although blood is mainly a liquid (called plasma), it also contains small solid components (red cells, white cells, and platelets). The platelets are best known for their importance in clotting blood. However, platelets also contain hundreds of proteins called growth factors which are very important in the healing of injuries.
PRP is plasma with many more platelets than what is typically found in blood. The concentration of platelets and, thereby, the concentration of growth factors can be 5 to 10 times greater (or richer) than usual.
Normal blood contains only 6% platelets however, in PRP, there is a concentration of 94% platelets, which translates to a powerful growth factor “cocktail” with a variety of growth factors and cytokines. This stimulates cellular tissue regeneration to dramatically accelerate healing.
For this reason, this treatment is very successful in treating the signs of ageing, as well as assisting in hair regeneration and even muscle and joint regeneration.
To develop a PRP preparation, blood must first be drawn from a patient. The platelets are separated from other blood cells and their concentration is increased during a process called centrifugation.
The PRP is then further separated into 3 parts, namely;- The PPP (Platelet Poor Plasma):Very effectively used for skin needling as an anti-ageing treatment.
- The PRP:Richer in platelets and growth factors.
- Super Concentrated PRP: (Known as the Buffy Coat), also known as “the Liquid Gold”, is usually injected into the areas of greatest concern and yield the best results.
For Skin Rejuvenation: Once injected into your skin, the platelets will accelerate the normal healing process and produce new collagen at the injected area. For this reason, we use all 3 parts of the extracted plasma PPP for mild and general rejuvenation (we can use this on your hands, neck and chest), while the PRP and Liquid Gold will be used specifically on the face and areas of most concern.
For Hair Restoration: The PRP is injected through the region that is thinning/balding which supplies the nutrients it requires to continue growing a thicker, fuller and healthier hair strand. Although there are no large scale clinical studies on this, preliminary evidence exposes PRP therapy as a good fit for hair restoration.
How is this treatment performed?
There are three ways in which this procedure can be done:- The first is that the full amount of PRP extracted can be injected by the Doctor using the Mesotherapy technique.
- The second is that the full amount of PRP can be introduced into the skin via needling (Dermapen) or InjectorPen device and this can be done by a Doctor or a Therapist.
- A third option is a combination option. The DR can take the most concentrated part of the PRP and inject this into the area of most concern and the remainder of the PRP can then be needled into the skin.
The doctor would need to assess the patient’s concern during the consultation to discuss the best option for the patient.

CHEMICAL PEEL
What is a chemical Peel
“Chemical Peel” is a general classification for a number of chemical treatments used to exfoliate and rejuvenate the skin. Through a process of exfoliation, chemical peels are often used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, lighten dark spots for a more even skin tone, and smooth and soften the texture of the skin. Peels are also useful to open clogged pores for patients with oil or acne-prone skin.
- Our peeling comes in the form of a cream which allows for easy and uniform application with no missed spots.
- Our peeling can be used on the eyelids without any risk of damaging the eyes as well as used on other areas of the body.
- Our peeling requires no pre-treatment of the skin prior to peeling.
- Our patients are monitored throughout the peeling process. It is mandatory for patients to come into. the clinic for the removal of the skin. Patients are not left to their own devices where skin may be prematurely removed resulting in skin damage.
- Our home care is extremely simple consisting of a healing and lubricating cream supplied to patients for use during the peeling process.
- Our peeling is safe, effective and suitable for all skin types, color and ages.
- Our peeling is not obtainable for purchase online and is available only through our authorized distributors. It is not suitable for home use and is carefully monitored by personnel fully trained in the technique.
- Our peeling requires a comprehensive and thorough training in the technique of application and the system in its entirety and is only made available for use to suitably qualified practitioners.
- Our peeling is based on resorcinol compounded in special non penetrating base ingredients; therefore the risk of carrying the peeling process too deeply into the skin is avoided. The special characteristics of our technique, is that no destruction of the living cells is involved. Unlike the majority of peelings which allow the physician to control the strength of the peeling, our peeling avoids the possibility of human error.

Peels are also useful to open clogged pores for patients with oil or acne-prone skin.
Chemical peels are outpatient procedures that can be performed in clinic. During the peel procedure, chemicals are applied to the skin and left to penetrate for a specific amount of time. The chemicals are then washed off, and the outermost layer of skin will begin to peel. Once the peeling is complete, new skin will appear that is smoother and brighter. There are a variety of chemical peels available in different types of chemicals and different strengths, all intended to achieve specific results. The chemical peel that will best benefit you depends on the results you’re looking for, as well as your skin type.
Generally, chemical peels are divided into light, medium and deep peels.
Light (Superficial) Chemical Peels: These peels are ideal for removing mild damage from the sun, acne scars and signs of aging. The chemicals used in these peels are mild and remove merely the outermost layer of the skin cells, a process that takes about 15 to 30 minutes. Light chemical peels often involve alpha hydroxyl acids, such as glycolic acid or lactic acid, or beta hydroxyl acids.
Superficial chemical peel recovery involves little restrictions and you will be able to return to your normal activities almost immediately. After your light chemical peel, your skin may have a pinkish, flushed tone, and your skin will feel soft and refreshed.
Medium Chemical Peels are used to smooth moderate wrinkling and creasing, to remove or smooth deeper acne scars and to remove age spots and other discoloration. Medium depth chemical peel recovery times may last from several days to a few weeks as old skin is sloughed off and replaced with new skin.
Deep Chemical Peels are used for aggressive treatment of sun-damaged skin, the severe wrinkling of mature skin, and pre-cancerous lesions. Because medium and deep peels are aggressive, a full recovery generally takes about one week or longer. During chemical peel recovery, your skin will appear to be sunburned, and the treated skin will slough off in large sheets. After all of the skin has peeled, new and healthy skin will emerge.
Superficial peels penetrate to any depth within the epidermis, down to the stratum basale, medium-depth peels penetrate through to the papillary dermis, while deep peels penetrate down to the level of the reticular dermis.
ELAINE BRENNAN SKIN RENEWAL PEELING

THREADS
PDO therapy is an effective cosmetic technique that lifts and tighten sagging skin tissues by inducing collagen production. It involves the implantation of fine, absorbable polydioxanone threads (similar to those used in medical suturing) into the subcutaneous layer of the skin, using small needles.
The PDO Thread Lift is a treatment which lifts and tightens sagging skin tissue, using threads made of Polydioxanone (PDO). The threads introduces them into the deeper layers of the skin. Once introduced, the threads produce 3 effects in the skin:
- Instant Skin Lifting through mechanical effects
- Cellular Renewel, through Collagen stimulation
- Neovascularisation to improve skin texture, fine lines and elasticity
About 6 months after the procedure, the PDO threads will disappear through simple hydrolysis (they are absorbable). The lifted facial contours will remain for about 3-6 months, due to the cellular rejuvenation effects. Your skin cells are stimulated to produce new collagen, and new blood vessels to improve skin microcirculation. At the same time, the PDO threads cause the fat tissue to contract, producing a skin tightening and facial slimming effect.

CRYOTHERAPY
Treatment of Benign Moles, Skin Tags, Warts, Age Spots.
Cryotherapy preserves the tissue matrix which is relatively cold resistant and therefore allows for proper cosmetic healing and minimal scarring. No stitches and no bleeding.
CryoPen is an advanced Cryotherapy innovation that is fast, effective, safe and new solution for removal of skin imperfections. Procedures typically last from 5 to 25 seconds, so you can be in and out of the clinic quickly.
The CryoPen emits a fine jet of nitrous oxide under high pressure, which allows the clinician to work with millimetre precision. This destroys the tissue by freezing the inter-cellular fluid, forming ice shards and crystals which rupture the membrane, thereby destroying the cell. That means there will be no collateral damage to healthy tissue. It’s so incredibly accurate and practical.
Cosmetic procedures such as Skin tags, Milia and Cherry Angiomas are no longer being treated by many doctors on the NHS. With the CryoPen you can now have these treatments in a clinic.
CryoPen offers the ideal treatment for:
- Skin tags
- Solar lentigo
- Age spots
- Milia
- Warts
- Cherry angioma
- Viral verrucae
- Moles
- Scarring

MESOTHERAPY
Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive procedure that is widely used in Europe and elsewhere to treat various injuries, aesthetic concerns, skin and body concerns and medical conditions. Tiny “medicinal bullets” are delivered directly into the mesoderm (middle layer of skin) by micro injections that are highly specific to the condition being treated. By definition any medication injected into the skin, fat or tissues of Mesoderm (middle layer of skin) is considered Mesotherapy. Using this technique, active ingredients that are highly beneficial to the skin can be directly injected into the areas they are most needed. Similarly, active ingredients that are able to break down fat and cellulite can be injected directly to the problem area by means of mesotherapy.
Active ingredients used in Mesotherapy are introduced into the skin by small micro injections.
The needles used in Mesotherapy are thin so the doctor can deliver the medications to the right depth.
Different mesotherapy ingredients are used for different indications. In addition, the long term results of Mesotherapy treatments are very dependent on what active ingredients are present in the Mesotherapy solution and how many treatments are prescribed.
For anti-ageing benefits, we use a combination of award winning growth factors, PRP, peptides, amino acids, vitamins, nucleic acids, co factors and hyaluronic acid.
These combinations present in the cocktail, stimulate the production of collagen so that the dermis is strengthened thereby improving skin tone and texture. The hyaluronic acid present in the cocktail attracts water and rehydrates the skin resulting in an improved appearance. For pigmentation, patented pigmentation inhibiting peptides are used to improve hormonal pigmentation.
Mesotherapy with Growth Factors stimulates the fibroblasts to produce collagen, which is the major support structure for the skin. If one can keep one’s skin firm and taught with collagen, then the sagging that takes place over time can be contained as tighter skin supports the soft tissues of the face and body.
A series of treatments is necessary usually 1 treatment every two weeks the first month and then 1 treatment every 6 to 12 weeks for maintenance. Rather than waiting until their problems are bothersome again, patients must appreciate that maintenance goes a long way and that single mesotherapy treatments should be repeated twice yearly after an initial course.

COMBINATION THERAPY
“In my opinion the best results are obtained from combination therapies. Over the years I have found numerous combinations that compliments each other and gives great results if done simultaneously. A few examples are, combining PRP with fillers/threads/chemical peeling or mixing Botulinum toxin with PRP. My personal favourite is a triangle of fillers, PRP and threads.”
