Forehead Lines
Horizontal lines created when raising the eyebrows. Softened while preserving natural expression.
Frown Lines
The vertical "11" lines between the brows. One of the most commonly treated areas.
Crow's Feet

Bunny Lines

Hyperhidrosis

Is the treatment painful?
Most patients describe a slight pinch. The needles used are extremely fine and the procedure is well tolerated. Topical numbing cream is available for sensitive patients.
Will I still be able to move my face naturally?
Yes. Dr Heyns's approach preserves natural movement and expression. The intention is to soften lines, not to freeze the face. You will still look like yourself.
How often will I need treatments?
Most patients return every 3–4 months initially. With ongoing treatment, intervals can often extend to 4–6 months as the muscles gradually weaken.
Can neurotoxins be combined with other treatments?
Yes. Neurotoxins are commonly combined with dermal fillers, skin boosters or PRP Renewal Therapy as part of a comprehensive plan. Dr Heyns will discuss what is appropriate during consultation.
Are there any contraindications?
Neurotoxin treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for patients with certain neuromuscular conditions. A full medical history is taken at consultation.
